Small Office Suites Available

June 30, 2006 · Leave a Comment

Often I am asked if I know of any small or short term office properties or have any in inventory. Well, I have a really nice solution for this but you’ll have to call me about it.

The reason I don’t give the information here (Tulsa Business Center) is that I would like to refer you to them for a credit. I use their services and love to get the referral credit against future facility use and services they provide my company. I’ve had 3 offices with them and they have worked out great. From time to time I still use their conference rooms for meetings and have a mailbox there as well. They make their 3 conference rooms available by reservation, answer your phones and maintain a good front end to your clients.

Here you can get single or multiple offices with only a 3 month commitment at a very reasonable rate. If you want to stay, just go month to month. That’s how to make your startup nimble. Space on the windows leases at a higher rate than the interior for good reason… fantastic views (for south Tulsa that is).

Call me and I’ll introduce you…

Oh San Diego.. times are a changing aren’t they?

This post from the Bubble Markets Inventory Tracking blog is one of many that ocrenter has painstakingly posted for those of us watching the oversupply of homes on the west coast. Just one of the many markets in the U.S. that are well into the “slow down” (“BUST” in okie terms).

Why am I interested? Well I used to live in North County San Diego where I was a broker with Grubb & Ellis’ commercial division. Back then we were looking at just reaching $150 psf as a top end in residential properties. It’s been a long time but the fond memories still linger. I would say it was just shy of living in Santa Barbara… (where no price makes sense, but who cares?).

Here is his post from today…
